This powerful feature allows you to make changes to multiple lessons simultaneously in Sportimea.
Bulk actions can be used for:
- Changing lessons
- Canceling lessons
- Deleting lessons
- Allowing Makeups
Where is the Bulk changes?
Navigate to Calendar in the menu and then look underneath for button called "Bulk Changes”.
You will find different filtering options to filter only lessons you want to apply bulk changes to.
- Specify weekdays: Select days you want limiting search for lessons.
- Specify Date and Time: Select the date range (from-to) for which you want to apply changes. Specify the accurate time for the lessons you want to find.
- Optionally specify Teacher and Zone: Choose the Teacher assigned for lesson. Select the appropriate zone where the lessons will take place.
Click on the "Search Event" button and system will display a list of lessons matching your criteria.
