Rollover students is used if you want to re-run your term with all students to the next term.
Re-run season
To completely re-run current season you need to perform following actions:
- Rollover students
- Transfer students (optional)
- Create Classes
- Enroll Students
Rollover students
Rollover students will close all courses including students from selected season and create them in new season.
In main menu Courses click Re-run Season, select current term in From season and new term in To season.
Warning:
Rollover student will auto-apply any available credits family has to decrease price of new term courses, also calculate discounts (if applicable).
If you want to increase new term prices you need to increase prices on your current term before running Rollover students as there is no option to bulk change already generated prices and calculated discounts.
If you want to send immediately booking cofirmation while rollover students select Send a booking confirmation. If you would like the manipulate with bookings, do transfers (level ups) do not select Send a booking confirmation. You may do it later once your schedule is finalized with all students.
To start students rollover to the next term click on Rollover Students. System will immediately trigger rollovering students without any further confirmation!
