New term - step by step

Here is the quick oveview of all steps needs to complete before your new term can starts.

 

1. Create new term - Create your next term

Navigate to Settings and under Setup click on Seasons. Click 'Add Season' to create your next term.

2. Add holidays/breaks and closed days - Make sure you have added holidays/breask before creating next term.

3. Re-run term - here you have 2 options:

Option A - Re-run season - this will create new courses without students in your next term. 

Option B - Rollover Students - this will re-book all students from current term into your next term.

 

4. Move students (optional) - Once you rollover students you may need to transfer students to different class, e.g. student level up or need to change day or time of lesson.

5. Create lessons - Create classes

6. Enroll students - Enroll students into classes

Only after this step parents will see their children enrolled into all lessons in new term in parent portal.

7. Starting Courses in the new term

Once your new term started make sure you switch all your courses to Started status.
