Manage participants in course

To show registered students click on Users icon.

Participants tab will give you registered clients with following information:

Enrolled - first number shows how many classes student is enrolled into and second number means how many classes student purchased by registering to this course.

Makeup - number of remaining makeups student is eligible to use in case of absence.

Payment - click on unpaid button to record payment received or click on paid button to see history of payments.

 

Add Client

To add manually any existing student type student name in search field and system start searching as you type. Click on selected student and confirm selection with button Select client. In case of mistake click Reset.

Next select payment method and confirm. Student will receive Course booking confirmation.

 

Contacts tab will give you overview of contact details.

Also you can send bulk Email message to all registered students.
