You can easily change the validity of the credit for everyone or selected customers.
You open the Reports menu and choose Account Balance Report.
At the top right is the Bulk Changes button
By entering the date and time, you can easily find all account balances that expire after that date. After starting the search, the system will show you the found customers with their expiring date and balance.
To renew, enter the number of days you want to renew. Entering a minus number shortens the validity, e.g. -10 shortens the validity by 10 days.
