If you need to cancel a class in course and would like to extend it for one more week here is the steps you need to follow:
1. change the end date of the course
2. go to an overview of classes (calendar icon) and edit last class
3. in Edit Event change End date of repetition and make it one more week, to create one more class and save it with the button Save this and all following.
Once you will see one more class created go to course participants and click on Enroll button to enroll all students to this new extended class.
