Step-by-Step Guideline:
1. Click on "Students":
Once you've successfully logged in, you'll be directed to the dashboard of your swimming school's management system. Locate the "Students" tab on the navigation menu. This tab is where you can access all student-related information, including makeup class bookings.
2. Open Student Profile:
In the "Students" section, you can search for the specific student for whom you want to schedule a makeup class. Enter the student's name or ID into the search bar and click on their profile when it appears in the search results. The student's profile will contain details of their attendance and progress.
3. Locate Makeup Class Information:
Within the student's profile, you should find a dedicated section for makeup classes. This is where you can see the history of the student's makeup classes and any upcoming makeup classes they are eligible for. It will show you whether a makeup class is already scheduled or not.
4. Go to Membership and Find by Makeup Title:
If you need to find a specific makeup class for a particular student, navigate to the "Membership" section within the student's profile. In this section, you can search for makeup classes by title starting with “Makeup”.
5. Click on the List Icon:
Once you've located the makeup class you're interested in, you'll see a list of makeup classes that match your search criteria. To see Makeup lesson click on the list icon at the beginning of the line that corresponds to that Makeup.
6. Open Booking Overview:
Clicking on the list icon will open the booking overview for the selected makeup. In this overview, you can see the makeup class's details, including the date, time, location, and the number of available slots. This information will help you determine if the makeup class fits the student's schedule.
