Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Accessing Student profile:
- Navigate to the Students menu and find the student's profile by searching or selecting from the list.
- Click on the student's name to access student detailed profile.
2. Navigating to the Skills Tab:
Once in the student's profile, find and click on the "Skills" tab. This section is dedicated to tracking the student's swimming abilities.
3. Adding a New Level:
- A prompt will appear asking to set the discipline. Typically, there is one primary discipline, but multiple disciplines might be available based on program settings.
- Select the appropriate discipline from the dropdown menu.
- Next, choose the level for the student. If there is no existing level, please go to settings and create Levels based on your program settings.
- After selecting the discipline and level, click on the "Set" button to confirm the changes.
