If you want to change lessons, scroll down and locate ‘Set values’ section having various fields allowing to change values in selected lessons.
Assign substitute teacher
Select substitute teacher in field Staff substitute and run changes on selected lessons.
Deactivate lessons
Deactivate lessons which are scheduled during your breaks/holidays. Make sure you select ‘Offline’ in status, ‘Yes’ in Blocked for change. These settings ensure any change o recurring lesson will not re-activate your lessons schedule in closed dates.
